Well, when one mentions IT, almost all would think of Information Technology. Some how, most people tend to assume that IT is a very specialised field where choices of careers in it are very narrow.

Webmasters a.k.a web developer, web architect and etc are people who maintain websites as they ensure that the web servers, software and hardware operates accurately. They also design, generate and revise websites as they reply users and examine the traffic of a certain site.

Computer Support Specialist
Computer Support Specialist are people whom fix computers and figure out why it is facing a certain problem. They also install printers, software and other computer tools. Some specialists check the systems in the computer everday to make sure that it is functioning properly.
A technical writer is also known as a technical communicator. A technical writer is a professional writer who write, createsm designs, maintains and updates technical documentation which includes white papers, online help, user guides, system manuals and more. They produce technical documentation for technical, business and consumer audiences.
Software engineers are responsible in the design and implementation of various software programmes. They also test, debug and maintain systems that has been fully designed.
A network administrator oversees a computer network ensuring they function smoothly without complications. It consists of a group of computers that are linked together to a central computer known as a server where files, programmes and other information are stored.

A database administrator (DBA) is responsible for the integrity, performance and security of a certain database. Besides that, they are also required to do planning, development and troubleshooting.
A systems analyst is responsible for researching, planning, coordinating and recommending software and system choices to meet an organization's business requirements. The systems analyst plays a vital role in the systems development process.
Computer programmers provide step-by-step directions using a series of logical steps on how to process information. They can work in different fields such as manufacturing, industry, engineering, government offices, hospitals and educational institutions.
